- Thanks for shopping at MPF All Orders are shipped within 2-3 days via USPS First Class Mail after receipt of confirmed Order and payments. Currently we are Offering FREE SHIPPING only on First Class Mail. The Transit time for first class mail Orders is between 3 -5 business Days. ( Does not include weekends and Holidays )
- You can pay for the Order using your Paypal Account. You can also Pay for the Order with Visa, Master Card, Amex and Discover using Paypal.
- Megapowerfitness.com uses SSL ( Secure Sockets Layer ) technology to provide you with the most secure shopping experience. All the sensitive information such as Credit card numbers, passwords are encrypted in SSL technology during your online transactions.
- Selling to Cross Training , Gyms , Health Clubs and Fitness Centers is main part of our business. Prices for 12 pcs and above are shown at every product page. We can Offer custom quotes for special Orders / Qty's.
- MPF will select the carrier for wholesale Orders of Qty's of 12 pcs and above. We use USPS, UPS and Fedex.
- We offer Expedited shipping via USPS ( Priorty Mail, Overnight ) and UPS ( 3 day select , 2nd Day Air, Next Day Air ). The cost is determined by the weight and size of the shipments. Contact us for quotes. MPF is not responsible for any delays by the carriers.
Returns And Exchanges:
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Our Return Policy gives you 30 calendar days to return or exchange an item from the date you receive it. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be returned unused and in the same condition when you received it, it must be in the original packaging and in a re-saleable condition.
- To complete your refund or exchange Returns / Exchange should be sent to MPF P.O.Box 1606 Woodbridge VA 22195. Please include a copy of your original sales receipt / Invoice and reason for return. Original merchandise must be received by MPF before a refund can be processed.
- We do not refund shipping and handling charges. Buyer is responsible for shipping charges to return the items. We recommend sending us the tracking number of the package. Personalized and custom items are not eligible for return and exchanged. Refunds will be processed to the proper credit card account within 7-10 days.
